TULSION? CH-90适用于制程或废水中从一价金属离子中选择性的去
除二价金属离子的应用。二价金属离子可以很容易的与单价金属离子
分离, 如等离子。
此二价金属离子的去除应用, 如电镀及金属酸洗, 水解冶金; 电池制造
业的铅去除, 电子业等应用。
TULSION? CH-90 is used
for selective removal of bivalent metal
cations from monovalent cations from process _and waste streams. The
bivalent metal cations can be easily separated from monovalent cations
and from bivalent cations like calcium.
Applications of this resin are removal of bivalent metal cations from
process industry using metals, electroplating _and pickling baths,
hydrometallurgy; battery plants for lead removal, electronics industry

金属离子的选择性是依据进流液的pH 而决定在某些的pH 范围内, 交换容量会很严重的下降.
Selectivity for metal removal is dependent on the pH of the feed solution. There is a possiblity of
drastic drop in capacity below certain pH for the given metal ion.

Effective pH for copper removal

选择性的顺序如下:
Order of selectivity is as follows
Cu > Pb > Ni > Zn > Co > Cd > Fe+3 > Mn > Mg > Ca >> Na
再生药剂的选择可用盐酸或硫。对于除铜应用, 建议用硫酸!
建议用硷NaOH 再生将树脂转换成Na 型, 并将pH 变成原来的进水条件。
